We at Khloèfemme work for your happiness! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products, or an exchange.

Be careful when trying your purchased product: in case of damage, missing or damaged original hang tags, or other alterations (the product must not have been washed, ironed, or treated in any way) the item will be considered irreparably devalued and unsellable and, for this reason, with a value of 0.00 euros.

At Khloèfemme, we want to make any operation easy for you! Contact our customer service on Whatsapp, specifying whether you want to make a return for exchange or refund. We will take care of carrying out the necessary procedures so that you receive the product you want or, alternatively, the refund.

Note well: the refund applies to orders placed within the website. Orders made through other channels - Whatsapp, chat, email - are eligible for return but not for refund. The same applies to orders for items not listed on the website and specially requested for you from the manufacturers.
The shipping costs for the return and the duties/customs fees for the return/exchange are your responsibility and cannot be refunded (as provided by law).

The package with your return travels at your cost and responsibility and must arrive at our warehouses within 14 days from your shipping date. We suggest using an express courier and insuring the shipment to protect yourself from delays and losses. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages due to poor packaging, and delays in delivery.

The undelivered packages at the indicated address will not be picked up at the post office.
By choosing the scheduled pickup service (valid only for Italy), you relieve yourself of any responsibility for delays or losses, and we will send one of our couriers to collect the return on a previously agreed day and always within the return terms.
The scheduled withdrawal request must be formalized via WhatsApp at +39 375 5711815.
The cost of the scheduled pickup service is variable; it will be the responsibility of our customer service to estimate the expense for the Consumer who will have to confirm their agreement to the service.
As soon as we have examined the products you returned, you will be refunded through the same payment method you used for the purchase and as quickly as possible.

That is to say:
- credit to your credit card (if you paid by credit card)
- bank transfer (if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery)
- PayPal credit (if you paid with PayPal) as soon as possible.
You can also choose to receive a Purchase Voucher instead of a refund.
